Biography
She has Ph.D. in the area of feminist literature from IIT Roorkee (UGC-SRF), and is a post graduate in Women Studies from University of Calicut (First Rank). Also, She has worked as Research Assistant in the Dept. of Gender Studies, IUCSSRE, MG University. Besides academic writing, she is engaged in creative writing. She is a recipient of National Balshree award from the President of India for excellence in Creative Writing (2004).
