Ph.D and M.Phil (Public Affairs) from University of Madras, M.A (Defence and Strategic Studies) from University of Madras. published research papers and articles in national and international journals and books; conducted several research studies in the field of Youth Development. Developed training manuals. Conducted number of Training Programmes across the country for youth and youth functionaries for a decade. Specializes in Youth Development, Gender and Development, Youth and Media, Youth and Health, Youth and Volunteerism, Leadership and Personality Development, Adolescent Development, Human Resource Development, Life Skills etc.,Guiding 3 Ph.D Research Scholars along with Teaching and Training programmes at RGNIYD.
