Biography

He is presently Professor (Public Administration) and Head, Department of Local Governance. He is Ph.D., M.A. (Public Administration), and M.A. (Political Science) from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He worked as Associate Professor (Public Administration), University of Dodoma, Tanzania (Africa) and as Head, Department of Public Administration, St. Wilfred's Post Graduate College, Jaipur (Affiliated to University of Rajasthan, Jaipur) and faculty member in the Department of Public Administration, S.S. Jain Sobodh P.G. (Autonomous) College, Jaipur (Affiliated to University of Rajasthan, Jaipur). He has about 16 years teaching experience.
