Biography
Mr. Raminder Singh Gujral is a BA (Economics Honours), LLB, MBA (IIM-Ahmedabad) and MA (Fletcher School, US). He retired from the post of Finance Secretary, Government of India, in 2013. Earlier, he had held the posts of Secretary (Revenue), Secretary (Expenditure) and Secretary (Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways). He was the Chairman of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). Also, he had been the Director General of Foreign Trade, and Chairman of the Board of Governors of National Institute of Financial Management. Having held various posts in the Central Government, he has a vast experience in the functioning of Central Board of Excise & Customs and Central Board of Direct Taxes
