Biography
Mr. Dhir earned his LL.M. from Harvard Law School, Boston, USA and his LL.B. from Delhi University, India. He is an active member of USIBC and co-chairs the Tax Committee of USIBC. As part of the Board of Directors of number of companies in the USA and India, Mr. Dhir advices directors and senior management on various issues pertaining to corporate law and compliance, and assists in creating business and legal strategies.
