Biography
Dr. Kiran Kumari Patil, Professor at School of Computing and Information Technology and Director University Industry Interaction Center, REVA UNIVERSITY, Bangalore. She has pursued her Doctorate (Ph. D.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering at Chennai. Her Doctoral thesis titled "A Study on Novel Techniques for Heart Sound and Murmur Classification, Search and Retrieval". She posses Masters in Engineering from Darmstadt Technical University, Darmstadt, Germany. Her research interest also includes Innovative Mobile Application Development, mHealth Care and ICT for rural development. She has more than fifty research publications to her credit, published in various national and international Journals and conferences.
