Mr. E. Scott

Biography

 Mr. E. Scott Beattie serves as Director of the Company. He has been a Director of the Company since November 2016 and currently serves as a non-executive Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors and as a non-employee senior advisor to Fabian Garcia, the Company’s President & Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Mr. Beattie served as Chairman of Elizabeth Arden’s board of directors from April 2000 until its acquisition by the Company in September 2016 and as a member of its board of directors from January 1995 until September 2016. Until September 2016, he also served as Elizabeth Arden’s President and as its Chief Executive Officer since March 1998. Mr. Beattie previously served in other positions with Elizabeth Arden, including as its Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of its board of directors. During the past 5 years, Mr. Beattie has served on the boards of directors of the following public reporting companies: Revlon, Inc. (November 2016 – present); and Elizabeth Arden (1995-September 2016).
