Ashish Chakravarti

Biography

Ashish currently is a senior member of the Firm’s office in Mumbai. His responsibilities include key account management and forging partnerships potential clients particularly in the financial services fraternity. His ambit encompasses business development initiatives, commercial and operational client interfacing, up until complete execution of the assignment along with a team of consultants. Ashish has over 15 years of professional experience including his current association with RGF. In his past avatar, he was Head of Investor Relations with the Future Group, India’s largest retailer by revenues where he worked for 7 years. His engagements included representing the Group’ strategy to the buy and sell side community in India and abroad, front ending IR initiatives at various investor conferences and meetings as well as managing the strategic communication agenda of the Company with the financial world. Ashish’s earlier experience have evolved through sales, marketing, channel alliances and operations domains with the Piramal Group where he spent close to 7 years in the Group’s packaging division in an international marketing role. He has also had a short stint with telecom major Bharti Airtel in a corporate sales role. Ashish holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a Post Graduate in Business Management (Marketing) from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD, Pune. Ashish is a wild life photography enthusiast, an occasional painter and a hard core sportsman who loves the outdoors and running.
