Biography
Vidya Prakash has over 15 years of experience in the Executive Search Industry which has enabled her to understand the Industry from a Client, Candidate and Consultant’s perspective. She has been a part of Stanton Chase-India franchisee operations, which was acquired by RGF, part of 16B$ Japanese HR & Information Services Company, Recruit Holding Co. Ltd. The last 15 years in the Search Industry has been an interesting voyage for her, leading CXO level mandates. During this period the focus has been on developing Business and executing assignments in Consumer, Retailing & Services and the Manufacturing industry. An in depth understanding of executive aptitudes & market trends has helped her identify leadership talent and successfully integrate them into the corporate structure. Vidya has personally led and successfully built the Top Management Teams in various Consumer & Retailing, Manufacturing and Shipping sectors at both reputed Multinational and home grown Companies. She is known for her relationship management equally with Clients and Candidates. Her approach is that of a consultative mode which is key to success in the business. Prior to moving into the Executive Search Industry, Vidya had an exposure to various facets of HR as she spent the initial 9 years of her career in Human Resources Dept. with Usha International, Delhi, a Consumer Durable Company and BGR Energy System, Chennai a German Joint Venture company which is engaged in manufacturing and selling equipment for Power Plants.
