Biography
Director Finance & Corporate Affairs and Member of the Board Ramakrishna Prabhu is the Director of Finance & Corporate Affairs and Member of the Board. He has joined Rolta in December 2015. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Prabhu brings with him over 29 years of rich experience in all aspects of Accounting and Finance Management. Before joining Rolta, he was associated with M/s.Hindustan Construction Company Limited as Chief Financial Officer (E&C) and was a member of its core management team. Mr. Prabhu has recently received CA-CFO Infrastructure & Construction Award for 2015 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
