Biography

Senior Vice President Human Resources Vinay has 28+ years of varied experience with more than 23 years with Rolta. Over the years here, he successfully held numerous responsibilities in Rolta. He established and managed the global practice of Network Management / e-Security Business in partnership with CA (Computer Associates). Vinay also managed the software development center and corporate IT as well as set up the Rolta Academy to act as a catalyst to provide intensive training on state-of-the-art technology, software tools and relevant domain expertise in a very formal and structured manner. The Oracle E-Business Suite R12 was deployed globally under him, as were set up various quality systems such as ISO 27001 for IT security, ISO 20000 for IT services, and CMMi L5 assessment for Software Maturity. Prior to joining Rolta, Vinay has worked with CAD / CAM Division of Godrej and Boyce Mfg Co. and Research and Development Group of Semiconductor Complex, Chandigarh. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur and Master of Technology from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He is also a Senior Member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Vinay, in his current role, provides strategic leadership in Human Resources.
