Dr. Harison Masih

Biography

For being M.Sc.(Botany), M. Tech. Biotechnology (Industrial Microbiology) and Ph. D (Botany), Graduation in Bachelor of Theological Studies. Presently, he is working Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology and Fermentation Technology, Jacob School of Biotechnology and Bioengineering, SHITAS, Allahabad, Utter Pradesh, India. He has ten years teaching and research experience of U.G, P.G. and Ph.D. Scholars and guided 40 M.Sc/M.Tech. Biotech Thesis and 52 UG projects. He has successfully completed one project sponsored by SHIATS Deemed to be University, Naini, Allahabad. He has published 33 research articles and 3 accepted in various reputed journals; attended 08 Trainings/ workshops; 04 Conferences of International and national level and made 09 oral and poster presentations in national and 02 in International conferences. He has delivered 02 Guest lectures. He has organized one symposium and an Exhibition. He is life member of various academic and professional bodies. He was honoured with certificate of Merit by Botanical Society, Department of Botany, and St. John’s College Agra for best plant Collector of Algae Team during final year 2000-2001. He also received Young Achiever Award 2014 by Society for Advancement of Human and Nature (SADHNA). He is also awarded life membership of the honorary board and authorship of the society.
