Biography
Dr. Pradeep Kumar Shukla presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agricultural Technology and Sciences, Allahabad since September, 2009. He has completed M.Sc. Plant Physiology and doctoral degree in Plant Physiology with minors in Biotechnology and Biochemistry from College of Basic Sciences and Humanities, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, U.S. Nagar, Uttarakhand. He has qualified ICAR NET. He has teaching and research experience of 12 years and 14 years respectively, in Plant Physiology & Plant Biotechnology. His area of research is Molecular Plant Physiology of Abiotic stresses and Plant Nanotechnology. Dr. Shukla has 47 National and International publications and written 07 book chapters. He has attended and presented research paper in several national and international conferences and trainings and has been an active member of the organizing committee for various events. He has guided several undergraduate and postgraduate and is currently supervising students for their doctoral research. He has already organized 2 National Conferences and 2 workshops. He has been a member of several professional bodies and societies. He has written many laboratory manuals and edited journals and proceedings.
