Biography
Currently leading the genomics lab in Bioserve, Hyderabad. Molecular biologist having sound technical knowledge in the area of Microarray and Next Generation Sequencing.I manage multiple next generation sequencing (WGS, GBS, Exome, mRNA, Whole Transcriptome, micro RNA, and Targeted library prep) and Microarray (Genotyping and Gene Expression) projects using Illumina and Agilent platforms respectively. Supervising and training of BCIL and project trainees. Specialties include; Projects management, Projects Costing, Technology development.
