Biography

Prof. R.K. Sharma is responsible for starting running one of the largest teaching comprehensive tertiary renal care centers with a large kidney transplant, CAPD and ESRD programs in India. He is the Director and CEO of Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences which is a University of Health Sciences in Lucknow, INDIA. He has published more than 275 papers in reputed journals and serving as an editorial board member of reputed journals. He is Chief Editor of Indian Journal of Transplantation. He has been Visiting Professor to University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada & International Visiting scholar to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Lubbock, USA. He is also fellow of American Society of Nephrology Prof. R.K.
