Biography
Dr Anjali Mishra, Additional Professor in Endocrine Surgery. She is one the first batch fellows of Post- Doctoral Certificate (PDC) course in Endocrine Surgery started for the first time in India in 1997. She is trained to perform all the open and minimal invasive surgical procedures in Endocrine Surgery Discipline. Her major clinical and research interests include management of thyroid cancers, thyroid surgery and Endocrine Surgery Training in the developing world. She has published extensively in international and national peer-reviewed journals and has been recipient of international travel scholarships. Her major current research interest centers around Quality of Life (QoL) issues associated with the thyroid diseases. In future would like to devote more time to issues related with problem and progress of surgical education chiefly Endocrine Surgery sub-specialty development.
Research Interest
