Accredited Management Teacher, All India Management Association (AIMA) New Delhi. Teaching experience of 30 years and Research experience of 25 years. Administrative experience of 20 years in University affairs. Business Consultant and turnaround expert since last 15 years in the area of human resource management and financial management for financial institutions, academic institutions, business enterprises and entrepreneurs. Affiliated and actively engaged with different State Government agencies and national level professional organizations. Strong execution of various regional/national research projects funded by UGC, ICSSR. Work exposure with various state/central and autonomous universities in various capacities including member/chairperson management council, senate, academic council, research recognition committee, board of university and teacher research, faculty, board of studies etc. Published over 50 research papers in high impact peer reviewed international/national level journals.
