Biography
Shri Amit Pandit is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and also holds a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI and has substantial experience in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Project Finance, Sick Units Restructuring, Marketing of Financial Services and many more. He was the Vice President of Darshaw & Co. Pvt. Ltd. from 2001 -2003. He has worked at prominent positions at prestigious organizations like Bon Consultants, BK Khare & Co. Mafatlal Finance Co. Ltd. and Global Tele Systems Ltd. Achievements: Represented Department of Atomic Energy at Planning Commission by making a presentation on the financial feasibility of the Fast Breeder Reactor Project costing Rs 7500 crore.
