Biography
Shri P.N.Joshi holds a Masters Degree in Economics & History from Mumbai University. He is also a former Chairman & CEO – United Western Bank. He was the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of The United Western Bank Ltd., Satara for a decade. During his stint at UWB there was incredible diversification of business - Computerization, ATM Centers, Foreign Exchange, Public Issue, Rights Issue etc. He was also involved in Instituting Chirmule Award, Hosting of BECON 1996, RBI Governor's visit to Bank, Institution of R N Godbole Chair in Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Pension Scheme for Employees etc. He is presently a member Institute of Science Satara; Governing Body of MBA Institute D.G. College of Commerce, Satara; Trustee – Annasaheb Chirmule Charitable Trust, Satara and Chairman – P.N. Joshi Charitable Trust.
