(1)Understanding the protein aggregation using various biophysical techniques like fluorescence, atomic force microscopy etc. (2) Creating fluorescent protein nanostructures for smart materials development. (3) Atomic force microscopy for study of nanomaterials, biomolecules interactions and its morphology.
