Biography
S.Joyce joined as lecturer in 2007, pursuing Ph.d in management from sathyabama university in 2012 present areas of research interest are human resource management and marketing . About Ph.d : The title of my study is “EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN HIGHER EDUCATION AMONG WOMEN FACULTY MEMBERS IN ENGINEERING COLLEGES IN CHENNAI CLUSTERS .” This study is focused to study the problems of women employees working in universities who face a lot of emotional aspects such as empathy, job satisfaction, work family conflict, burnout .
