Biography

MS.M.Lavanya, joined as Lecturer in the year2008. She is pursuing her Ph.D., in Management from Dravidian University. She has also qualified the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2011. Her areas of interest in research include Human Resource, Marketing and Banking Management. UGC- NET: National Eligibility Test for Lectureship cleared in the year 2011. Educational Qualification Ph.D (pursuing):(Management) in the area of Human Resource Management from Dravidian University. M.Phil., (Management) in the year 2011from Alagappa University, Karaikudi M.Com.,(BankingManagement) in the year 2004 from Annamalai University,Chidambaram. M.B.A., (HR and Marketing) in the year 2004from Panimalar Institute of Management Studies and Computer Science, University of Madras, Chennai. B.B.A. (Business Administration) in the year 2002 from Jaya College of Arts and Science, University of Madras, Chennai.
