Biography
Dr. Nithya Shankar joined Sathyabama University as lecturer in 2005, completed PhD in 2014 from Sathyabama University, Chennai. She has completed her research titled “Effect of Emotional Intelligence among Software Professionals with special reference to pre and post Emotional Intelligence interventionâ€. Present areas of Research Interests are Emotional Intelligence, Transformation in Education, Entrepreneurship and Training & Development.
