Biography
Currently working as an Associate Professor, content being a practical biochemist, constantly self-challenging and continuously learning by teaching basic concepts which form the stepping stones for students, helping them reach greater heights. Joined Sathyabama University as an Assistant Professor in 2007. Worked with microalgae for the Ph.D. degree entitled “ Impact of temperature stress on the biodiesel producing ability in microalgae”. Completed Ph.D. in Plant Biology and Plant Biotechnology from Bharathidasan University in 2012. Present areas of research interest include biofuels and stress biology.
