Biography
Specialized in Power Electronics and Drives. Having 16 years of teaching experience, pursuing Ph.D in Anna University in the field of Mitigation of SSR effects in Power System. Power electronics, Application of PLC in control of electrical machineries, Published research works of high quality in 5 international journals. Presented one research paper in an International Conference - ICSEMR 2014, it received the best technical paper appreciation. Currently doing PhD in Wind Energy Power Generation at Anna University, Chennai. Has so far attended 15 seminars in various domains of Engineering. Area of interest in Electrical Drives and its application, Renewable Energy System. Application of FACTS devices as a means of controller in power system and PLC programming for machine control process.
