Biography
Mr. Venkata Krishna Kumar Sadhu is an Architect Planner, having more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Architecture (Teaching and Practice), Housing, Real Estate & Property Development along with business development activities. He has expertise in undertaking studies on Real Estate Property Valuation, Demand Assessment, Technical, Market and Financial Feasibility, preparation of RFP (Request for Proposals), Development Agreement for PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects. He has concluded scores of assignments as a Team member / Team Leader / Project Advisor covering feasibility, best use option and valuation studies in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati and Guntur regions of Andhra Pradesh state.
