She brings with her rich experience in banking and corporate finance, Risk Management, Strategy, Treasury & Investment relation. Geeta currently serves as an Independent Director in various large organizations across industries such as Motherson Sumi Ltd, NIIT limited, IIFL Holdings Ltd & Tata Communication Transformation Services Ltd. She is the Co-Chair of the India chapter of Women Corporate Directors Foundation, a US based organization with a mission to foster a powerful, trusted community of influential women corporate directors and increase the pipeline of qualified female board candidates.
