-Over 9 years of multi-faceted experience of working in Mab Manufacturing (Upstream),Facility set up , Formulations, Technology transfer, in Bio pharmaceutical sector. -Expertise in handling mammalian CHO cell culture on large scale (Mab production) -Expertise in all manufacturing processes associated with mab production. -Expertise in MCB,WCB prepration from research cell line(CHO Cell line). -Worked on Novel as well as Bio similar mabs starting from Research and development to production scale . -Expertise on media optimization and scale up.
