Biography
Ms Namita Gupta is associated with Sharda University Greater Noida as an Assistant Professor (HR). Her rich experience of Fifteen years in areas of HR & training comprises of a mix of corporate & academic work experience. Prior to joining Sharda University, she has worked with various organisations of repute like JIM. Noida (HR facilitator & trainer), Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. G Noida ( HR Generalist & Trainer), AKGEC Ghaziabad (HR & OB faculty). She was offered Associateship of Indian Institute of Advance studies Shimla for 3 years. She has delivered HR/Soft skills trainings for LIC, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Transport Corporation of India, Honda Siel Cars India Ltd etc. She has to her credit various international & national publications in areas of employee engagement, knowledge management etc. She has presented research papers in international and national conferences in the area of competency, skill shortage and performance management system etc.
