Biography
An accomplished professional and academician having more than 14 years of total experience out of which 8 years working for IT and IT Services based companies and over 6 years into academics. Along with teaching HR specialization subjects, have also been responsible for designing and conducting Personality Development and Orientation Programs for Post graduate and graduate students and guided numerous research students at Post Graduate level.Presented several research papers at National and International conferences with special focus on issues such as Work- Life Balance, Corporate Social responsibility, and Gender Diversity
