Biography
Dr. Daleep Parimoo is an HR Generalist with about t 29 years of experience both in industry and academia. Dr. Parimoo has conducted workshops, MDP’s and his recent initiative has been setting up of Management Development Centre in Nigeria for African Development , where in training is being provided to budding entrepreneurs of Nigeria.

Leadership Development, Talent acquisition and Retention, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Entrepreneurship, Employee Engagement, Diversity Management and Employee Development.
