Biography

 Ms Ankita B Gill has joined Sharp Sight in 2015 as Quality Manager. She has vast experience of 5 years in quality improvement programs. She is a post graduate in Hospital Administration, expertise in quality processes and quality initiatives. She is a certified NABH & JCI internal auditor by esteemed organizations. She has certification from NABH, AHA, SIX SIGMA, MEDICAL INFORMATICS. Her keen interest is in providing regular training to staff, patient quality care, accreditation programme & continuous quality improvement by enhancing the quality measurable elements and implementation of standards. She interprets and implements quality assurance standards in hospital to ensure quality care. She also reviews quality assurance standards; studies existing hospital policies and procedures, and interviews hospital personnel and patients to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program.
