Arvind Nanda

Biography

An alumnus of prestigious IIM Bangalore, Prof Nanda has held senior management positions in reputed companies in the course of past 35 years with experience in field of Automotive and Engineering industry. He has successfully lead teams and organizations to achieve breakthrough improvements in operations and business results. He is the Founder and Chief Executive of ‘Growth Enablers’ and has built value adding associations with several Indian and global companies to support their business growth endeavours. Prof Nanda, has actively participated in skill enhancement, team leadership, coaching and mentoring activities all through his professional career. Prof Arvind is a certified assessor of the EFQM Business Excellence Model and has undergone a certificate program on TQM by AOTS Japan. He was the winner of First Prize in National Competition of Young Managers held by All India Management Association. Besides, he has also been a member of the Civil Aviation Advisory Board of the Govt of India and CII’s National Committee on Civil Aviation. He has held professional membership of National Institute of Industrial Engineering and National Institute of Personnel Management.
