Research Interest
Research Area: Probiotics and Nutraceuticals Ashwani’s research interest lies in development of probiotic and nutraceutical supplemented probiotic food products. His present research focus is on the identification of new strains of probiotics and development of milk based probiotic drinks. The tools used by Ashwani in his research are PCR, FTIR Spectroscopy, Bioencapsulator, Scanning Electron Microscope and Atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
