Plant physiology-Plant’s primary and secondary metabolites of medicinal plants; enzymatic activities. ï‚· Plant molecular biology- Gender determination in dioecious plants, Genetic polymorphism in plants, molecular markers (RAPD, Isozymes). ï‚· Plant biotechnology and instrumentation- PCR, Gel electrophoresis, enzymes extraction etc. ï‚· Plant microscopy. ï‚· Hormonal effect on seedlings and plant growth.
