Biography
A blend of experience in corporate world and academics, Kuldeep Rojhe research focuses on customer orientation with an aim to enable organizations in achieving customer delight with an in-depth understanding of the complaining behavior. Through his studies, he looks to answer key questions such as: What actually motivates customers to complain; what are their complaining reactions; how small acts create satisfaction and what are the implications of customer complaining on continuity and business. He is involved with consultancy to various organizations and is visiting faculty to many institutions and universities.
