Biography
Naveen research interest lies in the application of nanotechnology in the field of food science. He has worked on development of colorimetric methods for detection of food adulteration in milk. His research expertise also include extraction, purification and immobilization of enzymes for application in food science. The tools used by Naveen in his research are ELISA, HPLC, ultrafiltration, freeze dryer, FTIR Spectroscopy, Atomic Force Microscopy, nanoparticles analyzer (DLS), Transmission Electron Microscopy, Scanning electron microscopy etc.
