Biography

Ms. Prachi Kapil’s chief interests lie in entrepreneurship, leadership and human resource management. She has been teaching Organization Development and Change Management as well. Apart from the regular courses, she has also offered Psychology as an elective subject to the students throughout the university. She is actively involved in Persona Enhancement courses which run in all streams of the university. She has also had the honour of training faculty at Government Polytechnic for Women, Kandaghat in ‘Resume Writing’ sponsored by NITTTR, Chandigarh. She has also trained students of BBA and MBA at Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala in Non Verbal Communication as a guest faculty. She is actively involved in all the activities of the university be it academic, cultural or industrial/ educational tours. Apart from the activities in the university, she has also attended workshops, seminars and conferences outside the university. She was a part of the international conference held at JNU, Delhi and also presented a research paper there. She was also a part of ten days research methodology programme organized at CRRID, Chandigarh (Sponsored by ICSSR) and two day workshop on ‘Writing Cases’ at Thapar University, Derabassi Academic Degrees Ph.D (Pursuing)- Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala; MBA (HR and Finance)- Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, BCA- Dev Samaj College for Women (Panjab University), Chandigarh
