Biography
Mr. Rahul is a food technologist, with specialization in cereal technology and nutraceuticals and functional foods, Academic Degrees PhD Food Science and Technology (Pursuing); M Sc Food Science and Technology from Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa (Haryana) Awards & Honours Qualified National Eligibility Test (NET, 2014-II, NET, 2015) for Lecturership conducted by ASRB (ICAR), New Delhi
Research Interest
Mr. Rahul takes interest in research area of development of biodegradable films from various native and modified starches. Development of antioxidants rich foods and bakery products is also one of the thrust areas. He is presently working on development of antioxidant rich rice product.
