Research Interest
Major research areas are the different extraction methods for plant constituents such as ultrasonic and other conventional methods, isolation, purification and structural characterization of herbal leads. Other fields which particularly interest him are the isolation techniques, qualitative and quantitative determination of natural molecules by FT-IR, HPLC and HPTLC method, antimicrobial and in- vitro antioxidant activities of pure compounds as well as crude extracts.
