AICTE sponsored- Quality improvement programme for management teachers on “People the leading edge” at N.M.I.M.S. - Mumbai on5th to 9th February, 2001. 3. AICTE Induction training programme on “Teacher Behavior” on- April,7 –19 , 2003 at St. Mary’s school of Management studies Chennai. 4. “Campus Diversity Initiative –a faculty development program” by Ford foundation and education resource center- 9 th – 12th 2000, conducted by Uday Pareek 5. Developing intellectual capital of management faculty- Rizvi institute of management- 10th – 15th November, 2003 6. Organized and conducted a “Outdoor experiential learning workshop” for the MMS students on 6th and 7th October, 2004 at Durshet- Khopoli. 7. workshop organized by The institute of Management Consultants of India on “Balance Scorecard” on 17th December,2004 8. Completed the “Entrepreneurship Educator’s Course” (series of five workshops) organized by NEN - Stanford Technology Ventures program on 11 august,2007. 14.
