Represented Uttarakhand State with 10 NSS volunteers in the National Youth Convention on ‘Sabse Pahle Bharat (India first)’ and 16 th National Youth Festival at Udaipur, Rajasthan during 12 – 16 January, 2011. The deligation was sponsored by Uttarakhand NSS cell, Dehradun.
