  Mr. T V V S N Murthy is a dynamic leader in a career spanning almost three decades, Mr. Murthy has gained versatile experience in all facets of Phamra industry ranging from project development and execution to commercial closures. He handled complex production and commercialization issues and has been the force behind expansion of SMS from a single product single facility orgniasation to multi product multi facility one. The efforts Mr.Murthy spent on fine-tuning the manufacturing has seen SMS pharma emerging as a source for quality API’s among the multinational customers. Always striving for sustainable development and Instrumental in company achieving Green Chemistry certification.

Research Interest

  Investigative activities that a business chooses to conduct with the intention of making a discovery that can either lead to the development of new products or procedures, or to improvement of existing products or procedures.  Research and development is one of the means by which business can experience future growth by developing new products or processes to improve and expand their operations  Strong R&D has been at the core of the SMS growth since its inception. SMS has started R&D activities with a small in-house setup in the year 2001. Later, expanded its activities  by creating a state of art corporate research center in Hyderabad, with infrastructure and expertise to carry out all the activities from product conception to the development, scale up, stability studies culminating in technology transfer to manufacturing facilities.
