Biography

 Rajeev Bhardwaj have got more than twenty six years’ of Central Public Sector Enterprises experience. The experience started with Cement Corporation of India Ltd. a Heavy Engineering Company engaged in manufacturing and marketing of Cements (CCI), to Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) a Navratna PSU engaged in state-of-art infrastructures and operations in the area of Multi-modal logistics service provider, before joining Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI) in August 2013, which is a Schedule-‘A’ PSU with mega mandate of an implementing agency of National Solar Mission. He also had brief stint as an Officer on Special duty (OSD) to President AIIMS/Hon’ble Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. He is fully conversant with the diverse working and environments associated with the functioning of any Government company/State Owned Enterprises (SoE). Rajeev Bhardwaj possess First Class Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) with Third Rank from Magadh University in the year 1986-88. He also obtained Diploma in Labour Laws with Administrative Laws from Annamalai University, and completed Strategic Human Resource Management Programme from Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI). He is an elected Member in the Executive Board of SCOPE and All India Organisation of Employers (AIOE) of FICCI, and also member of ASSOCHAM and Council of Indian Employers (CIE). He has been their Delegate/representative at various national and international forums such as Indian Labour Conference (ILC), HIDA/NICC Japan, Malaysia, ILO Brussels / Belgium and Bangkok, World Bank & Harvard University etc. He is also life Member of Chartered Institute of Logistic & Transport (CILT) London, and elected Vice-Chairman for CILT India Chapter. His achievements down the years have been widely acknowledged, with more than ten, various national & international level professional awards
