Michael Thomson

Biography

 Mr. Michael G. Thomson is Corporate Secretary, Director of the Company. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was Chief Financial Officer of the Rodeo Capital III Corp. Mr. Thomson attained a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1983. Mr. Thomson is currently a director of Schwabo Capital Corp. (NEX: SBO)) and Metropolitan Energy Corp. (TSXV: MOE) (“Metropolitan”). Mr. Thomson founded Metropolitan in 2007, negotiated and managed its initial public offering in 2008, is a past President, and has been a director since incorporation. Mr. Thomson has over 30 years of experience in the securities industry, as a lawyer, regulator, investment banker and entrepreneur. Mr. Thomson has been the President and principal of Independent Capital Partners Inc., a corporate finance consulting and advisory company since May, 1998. He is also an advisory board member of Fronterra Ventures Inc., an energy technology venture fund, and is a past independent director of the Lil’Wat Business Corporations, the business arm of the Mt. Currie (Pemberton) First Nations Band.
