Biography
Before joining the South Asian University in January,2014, She was a faculty member at Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai. Her academic interest is in understanding the impact of inequality on the welfare of poor. Currently, she is working on Nopoor Project which tries to asses willingness to pay for the basic goods and services for poor people. She has taught a variety of graduate courses including Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Industrial Organisation, Time series etc.
