Biography
Mr. M S Shanmugam, IAS is a Member of the Indian Administrative Service holding Masters Degree in Economics. He is presently the Additional Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, Industries Department and one of the Nominee Directors of TIDCO on the Board of Directors of the Company. He is also holding the post of Chairman and Managing Director, Tamilnadu Magnesite Limited and his earlier assignments include the World Bank Funded health project in the State worth USD 130 Million. He was appointed as Director of SPIC on 4th February 2016.
