Biography

Ms. Arpandeep Kaur, presently working as an Assista nt Professor in School of Commerce and Management, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, specializes in the area of Finance and Marketing. Arpandeep is an MBA from Punjabi University Patiala and is pursuing Ph.D. in the area of Service Failure and S ervice Recovery from Punjabi University Patiala. She has 3 years of teaching experience as JRF/SRF. Her teaching domain lies in the subjects of Financial Management, Financial Markets and services, Managerial Economics, Marketing Research, Marketing Management and other general management papers. She has also participated in Faculty Development Programs, and has presented research papers in several National & International conferences.
