Dr. Kanchan Rani has eight years of teaching and th ree years of research experience. She has published five research papers in Reputed National and International journals. Attended several National and International Conferences and publishe d 8 papers in the ISBN numbered books. She has organized and attended various Workshops an d FDP’s. Her research interests include social sciences, specifically related to studies on women & children. Her doctorate research is on the topic” implementation and performance evaluation of Mid Da y meal scheme in Punjab ”.She has been teaching subjects of economics, Business L aw, HR subjects like Organization Development & Change etc.
