Transgenic research Genomics, management, molecular and serological diagnostics of plant viruses/pathogens. Genome characterization cloning and understanding the genome organization, maintenance of viral cultures, immunodiagnostics methods of cucumo, begomo, tospo, and badna group of viruses causing diseases of national importance.
